A century-old house, made young again
Chief Executive Officer · $250M+ revenue · 250+ stores · 9 markets
The challenge
A hundred-year-old jewellery house with immense regional authority and a customer base that was ageing with it. Seven verticals, nine geographies, and a structure built for a market that no longer existed.
The opportunity
Heritage is only a liability when it is left unexamined. The archive, the craft and the trust were intact; the interpretation was not.
The transformation
Appointed the first female CEO in the company's century. Authored a new corporate vision and strategic roadmap, reshaped the organisation and its culture, centralised operations across nine markets, and rebuilt the retail experience around a younger female customer through a renovated model-store programme.
Customer profile shifted from 68% male, aged 45–55, to 83% female, aged 25–35
Double-digit like-for-like growth through the model-store programme
Full P&L turnaround across retail, omnichannel, manufacturing, franchise and JV
